Isosceles Dining Table

This dining table, one of my favourite projects from last year, comprises a thick slab of Oak supported on an elegant, slender frame. The effect is that the heavy table top appears to float in space.  At each end of the table is a drawer with cutlery dividers, and handles machined to match the leg frames. At a size of 2200mm x 1100mm the table can easily sit ten people for dinner.
